'Family Style' dedicated medical clinic is ran by the Chai's family three siblings after the death of their parents. Oldest sister CHAI CHUEN (Michelle Yim) deals with all the administrative management of the clinic. Second sister and an obstetrician CHAI YUI (Teresa Mo) has high expectations on all people and situations. Third brother and a pediatrician CHAI JEUNG (Roger Kwok) is frivolous. The three siblings treat their colleagues just like family.
In addition to the three siblings there are oldest brother-in-law, a retired surgeon (Paul Chun), the accomplished plastic surgeon (Derek Kwok), middle-aged man heads over heels for the second sister (Benz Hui), the pretty undercover nurse (Bernice Liu) and the next generation family physicians and clinic staff. The complicated and subtle relationships causes different small life stories. The so-called "doctors cannot be self-doctor", the group of elite physicians have to face their own personality flaws, human weaknesses and if you want a cure, what kind of effective strategy do you have?
The daily battle of wits in the clinic between the sisters CHUEN and YUI leaves little brother JEUNG stuck in the middle with a headache. In the early years, oldest sister CHUEN was forced to give up her doctor career and becomes a nurse to look after the family. She paid for her two younger siblings' medical education with the money earned. When the siblings started their own family practice, the two sisters had conflicts and arguments due to their different statuses. Often questions like "Are you the older sister or am I the older sister?" and "Are you the doctor or am I the doctor?" comes up in the arguments.

簡介：
「家庭式」經營的全心醫務所由齊家三姊弟掌舵，總管大小事務的為大事糊塗、小事精明的行政經理，即大家姐齊荃；還有對人對事均要求甚高的婦產科醫生二家姐齊芯；加上玩世不恭的兒科醫生三弟齊彰，他們既是同事亦為家人。
除了性格迥異的三姊弟，環繞醫務所的還有退休外科聖手的大姐夫、對二家姐極長情的「癡心情長劍」、風流但不下流的整容醫生、烏龍臥底俏護士，以及下一代家 醫科精英及醫務所各職員，錯綜微妙的人際關係，交織出不同的人生小故事。所謂「能醫不自醫」，一班擁有高超醫術的杏林精英，面對自己的性格缺陷、人性弱 點，想要根治，又有何良方？
兩面相夾擊 腹背皆受敵
深受全城小朋友歡迎的兒科醫生齊彰，表面玩世不恭，其實是以「四両撥千斤」抗衡兩名胞姊荃、芯施加的壓力。愛好自由的彰，當初只因無法承受病患的愁雲慘霧 而選修兒科，豈料病童猶如「魔童」，令彰痛不欲生，奈何一次機緣巧合，竟令彰紅遍全港，客似雲來，從此踏上不歸路！彰亦只好向現實低頭，繼續與「小魔怪」 對峙。
每日與病童鬥智鬥力，已教彰筋疲力盡，但回歸家庭，大家姐荃與二家姐芯的矛盾衝突，亦令彰傷透腦筋。齊家早年遭逢巨變，三姊弟父母雙亡，身為大家姐的荃被 迫放棄當醫生的理想，改當護士養家，先後供兩名弟妹學醫。芯不負所望成為優秀婦產科醫生，並與姊合力供幼弟彰完成醫科課程，兩姊妹儼如彰的守護神。
在三姊弟合辦的醫務所中，任「行政經理」的荃，雖掌管大小事務，但始終是護士出身，與身為婦產科醫生的二妹芯因身份、性格關係，經常對立鬥氣，二人常把「你係家姐還是我係家姐？」和「你係醫生還是我係醫生？」掛於嘴邊。
荃十足「花師奶」性格，表面斤斤計較，實則事事以家人為先。相反二妹芯表面平易近人，實則對所有人或事皆要求甚高，不自覺地要求一切人或事皆遵從自己意願而行，加上對本身之專業極其重視，以致對護士、病人、甚至三弟彰皆有同樣嚴格的要求。
荃、芯性格南轅北轍，在公在私皆針鋒相對，兩人對於彰之事業及終身大事尤為著緊，正因為過份熱心為彰物色對象，致使醫務所「引狼入室」陷入危機……
臥底俏護士 冤家成愛侶
彰本來遊戲人間，直至遇上醫務所新聘的護士呂櫻紅，生活泛起陣陣漣漪。紅原是極富正義感的CID，但又烏龍百出，往往好心做壞事。紅因誤會彰販賣毒品禍害 青少年，設法潛入醫務所當護士暗中偵查。荃、芯滿心歡喜，以為紅是弟婦人選，熱心撮合二人，不料彰反被紅害得幾乎身敗名裂，二人結為冤家。
紅雖然被逼辭職，卻仍死心不息要加入醫務所，誓要揭穿彰之「真面目」，最終真相大白，更與彰成為真正戀人，但二人性格極端，感情路上一波三折，鬧出連篇笑話。
「醫」「家」難分清 磨擦由此起
醫務所內另一位醫生湯甘保，乃芯的叔仔。原為婦產科醫生的保，覷準市場大勢，為賺錢轉型專幫女士改善容顏，因而大受城中女士歡迎的整容醫生。保風流成性，以女友眾多為榮，抱獨身主義，屬典型鑽石王老五。直至遇上真命天子，生命才出現一百八十度的轉變……
此外，荃丈夫葛一刀原為大國手，卻有退休情意結，唯恐退休後成為閒人，諸多鬼主意，卻把醫務所弄得天翻地覆；刀的表弟程祥劍對芯癡心一往，窮追廿年，經歷 101次求愛不遂仍屢敗屢戰……荃的長女葛琦與麼女葛暉，一個是美貌與智慧並重的實習醫生，另一個則是調皮「男仔頭」，加上芯亡夫和前妻所生、充滿陽光氣 息的繼子湯嘉嚴，亦為醫科學生，令醫務所顯得更與眾不同。
眾人因工作崗位與性格產生種種矛盾，但回到家中，身份又來個大兜亂。雖然難免小事化大，但只要一家人齊心合力，大事皆總可變成喜事。這個醫護世家亦確實即將迎接一件天大喜事，但喜事又會降臨在誰身上？敬請拭目以待……
